Very well located to enjoy the Teide National Park and the...
Very well located to enjoy the Teide National Park and the not so well known area of Vilaflor. Nice spa area, it's small but usually not too crowdy.
The basic rooms has no windows to the outside, only a small one to the hotel corridor where any noise easily gets in the room, this was not stated in the room description. I can understand that they can be small or without certain commodities, but I think windows to the outdoor should be a basic standard on any hotel room. We upgraded to the next room level (this time with window to the outside) in a bigger room but still with pretty basic supplies (TV should be changed in my opinion, they still have very small 90's TV).

What was the highlight of El Nogal Hotel Boutique
A unique honeymoon experience!
We spent our honeymoon there and the place was soo cool. So different than other hotel experiences. You feel you are in a village and the architecture of the building is so creative. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Spa was great. The room had an ocean view and a cozy balcony. We asked for honeymoon decorations and they did it very well. It was a unique experience for us.
Bathroom could be better. To drive to the hotel late night you should be careful with the route but I guess most of the routes in Tenerife are steep like this.

A very characterful hotel in a great location with a fantastically warm indoor pool
The really really warm indoor pool! What a treat! And the location being half way between Teide and coast so easy to go either way according to desire/weather!
Scrambled eggs do not need to be cooked until grey and rubbery!!!

The swimming pool and spa area, although it was a bit outdated.
The room was dusty (even found dead bugs on the floor) and the bed was quite small with an old mattress and old sheets. The breakfast was not very varied and the coffee was terrible. The rooms were also very noisy since the walls were so thin, you could hear everything that your neighbors were doing/saying.
